The ideal candidate should be result oriented with experience in entrepreneurship education or youth development and should share a passion for impacting the young entrepreneurs scenario (ages 13 – 25).

Description
The Program Manager is a senior management role responsible for providing broad supervision, planning, oversight and implementation of projects from ideation through to completion. The successful candidate will be required to interact with internal and external stakeholders and ensure all projects under their portfolio are efficiently managed for maximum impact.
Responsibilities
- Managing Project Support Officers and overseeing the day-to-day activities of different project teams related to the management and implementation of the initiative.
- Draft Terms of References and management of project contract staff, monitoring progress on deliverables under those contracts and providing feedback as necessary, and coordination of the work of the contractors consistent with the overall project implementation plan.
- Assign activities to Program Support Staff and supervise schedule management to ensure work efficiency and quality
- Prepare, or as appropriate supervise the preparation of, annual work plans and budgets
- Identify implementation arrangements and needed resources to implement the project and ensure proper management of funds, including accounting, financial control and audit procedures acceptable to the Government of Sierra Leone and our development partners
- Track expenditure and take relevant action when required to revise budgets (realignment and amendment).
- Establish and monitor an internal control system for all administrative actions and maintain financial documents for audit and review processes.
- Monitoring of the project quality indicators and undertaking monthly quality assurance tasks on behalf of the Team Lead.
- Organize all project and stakeholder meetings as and when necessary and maintain records of these meetings.
- Ensure conformity of project disbursement requests with procedures, work plans, and availability of resources for expenditure.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Qualifications and
Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is desired.
- A Master’s degree will be an asset.
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective interpersonal, management, and negotiation skills. Attention to detail is a plus.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- A visionary with conflict resolution skills
